Our taxis can be found on the ranks in town and at the racecourse. As the largest company in the area our taxis are the main presence all around town and are easily identified by our door signs.
Our drivers will take you as far as you need to go. Whilst many of our bookings are local, we also provide longer journeys. Wales, Scotland and France are just a few of the long-distance journeys we have taken.
For longer journeys such as these, we ensure to always send our customers an executive vehicle and provide fixed fares to keep the costs down.

No cash? No Problem! Over 80% of our drivers are now taking in car card payments. Just ask our operators for a card payment taxi.
School Runs
Our drivers are all CRB checked, and those taking school runs for the council have had enhanced CRB checks and have been provided with school badges to allow school pick ups and drop offs.
Courier Service
We can offer a same day or next day courier service. Our drivers can take cash or card payment and are able to provide receipts for all journeys carried out.
Airport Transfer
We service all major airports in the area which include Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton. Collection prices include car-parking fee. We will check flight details to ensure we are there to meet you upon arrival.
Account Customer
Newtax has a large range of customers for whom it provides taxis on a regular basis. These include the general public and large corporations such as Suffolk and Cambridgeshire Councils and other major business’s in the area. Account facilities are offered.
